SUMMER SCENTS

New York-born niche fragrance brand source adage now calls the charming hilltop town in Tuscany, Riparbella its home. At its scent studio in town, you can now explore all of the creators’ home and personal fragrances including the latest two unisex perfumes introduced to the Italian and European market. The two new tropical eau de parfums, i’khana and aka’ula, inspired by the white sand beaches of the Florida Key islands and the black sand beaches of volcanic Hawaiian islands, respectively, are perfect companions for summer days and nights out.

i’khana, meaning “enlightened” in a native language of south Florida and the gulf coast, is a spicy, citrusy tropical scent softened by pale musk, sandalwood and light coconut notes. It is a joyous fragrance that transports you to the coconut groves of the Caribbean where total relaxation awaits.

aka’ula is the nighttime companion to i’khana where bright, effervescent notes give way to darker, volcanic smoke, mineral and marine accords, leather, oud wood and pineapple notes. Mysterious, provocative and throughly indulgent, aka’ula takes its name from the Hawaiian word meaning “red sunset”.

Fragrances available in 10ml travel roller or in 50ml spray.

Visit the stylish “adage studio olfattivo” to experience all of the brand’s fragrances, meet the “noses” and even book a workshop masterclass.
