On Sunday, 6 July 2025, we invite you to live a unique sensory experience, discovering the scents of the Mediterranean landscape and the unmistakable soul of our wine Aria di Caiarossa.

In the company of the master perfumers of the prestigious Source Adage brand, you will embark on a sensory journey to discover the essences of the Mediterranean. Through the paths of the forest that embraces our vineyards, you will explore the plants and aromas that surround us. An exclusive workshop will follow, where, under the expert guidance of the "noses" of Source Adage, you will discover the distinctive notes of Aria di Caiarossa, a wine that captures the vibrant soul of its territory. The evening will end in the Caiarossa villa, with an exclusive aperitif, immersed in the greenery of our historic vineyards and with a breathtaking view of the sea and the Tuscan archipelago. Here you can let yourself be transported by an unforgettable experience, between live music, authentic flavors and the enveloping warmth of our Aria di Caiarossa.
