For the third consecutive year, the Piccola Osteria Paperini had the pleasure and honor of hosting Michelin starred chef Paolo Cappuccio for two days of professional culinary training. During the sessions, Tony and Amedeo - father and son chefs of the osteria - studied new cooking techniques, contemporary presentations and refined their fundamental skills under the guidance of Chef Cappuccio. A precious opportunity to work with the nationally recognized professional who brings not only technical rigor to the kitchen, but also passion, vision and attention to detail. This unique training course represents a further step in the growth of the gastronomic offerings of the osteria. A true gift to the patrons of the Riparbella eatery!

Chef Cappuccio, awarded the **Michelin star** in 2009 at the Stube Hermitage in Madonna di Campiglio, began his adventure in the kitchen at 14, has worked in prestigious hotels and restaurants in Italy, Europe and New York, and has collaborated with world-famous chefs such as Joel Robuchon, Alain Ducasse and Paul Pommell. In addition to his experience in the kitchen, Cappuccio is the author of numerous books - from finger food to Mediterranean cuisine, to steak and foie gras and sous vide cooking techniques related to well-being and anti-aging nutrition. He is also a teacher for training institutions such as CASTAlimenti and ChefperChef, and a consultant for restaurants, hotels, banqueting, spas and wellness, offering support on menus, staff training, cooking techniques and plate design.
